The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is an Orlando spring special event filled with a colorful array of flowers, gardens, topiaries, live music and educational events.

This event is perfect for Guests of all ages who enjoy the beauty of mother nature!  You will see millions of blooming flowers and a vibrant collection of Disney-themed topiaries.  Get up close and personal with hundreds of colorful butterflies inside Minnie’s Magnificent Butterfly Garden.

You don’t need to be a gardening expert to enjoy this Orlando spring event at Epcot.

Orlando 365: 28. Pirates Dinner Adventure

The Orlando attraction that has it all. Would-be pirates of all ages will become a part of the epic and interactive pirate show at Pirate’s Dinner Adventure!
The show is set aboard an authentically replicated 18th-century Spanish galleon measuring 46 feet long, 18 feet wide with 40-foot masts, the ship is anchored in a 300,000-gallon indoor lagoon with night sky lighting. You will be seated in one of the six additional ships that are surrounding the lagoon. Each ship will have it’s own fearless pirate that you will cheer on as the adventure unfolds with a cast of a dozen actors, singers and stunt performers engaging in a bounty of action-packed exploits.

Pack up the kids and hop on over to Bass Pro Shop to enjoy a day of Orlando Easter fun for FREE.  Get your picture taken with the Easter bunny from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and take home a free 4X6 photo.

easter bunnyThe kids will love the Easter egg hunt Bass Pro Style!  Everyone will enjoy searching each department for those candy filled eggs. Bags will be provided for the egg hunt that will be held at 2:00  p.m. – 3:00 p.m. for little ones ages 3-6. 

The kids will enjoy making their very own Easter foam egg with rhinestone decoration starting at 12:00 p.m.(while supplies last)

Your Easter activities wouldn’t be complete without a trip to Bass Pro Shop in Orlando, so head on out for some good family fun.

lake buena vistCelebrate Spring in Orlando at the 13th Annual Spring Carnival held at Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores on April 3, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.  There will be lots of fun activities for the family including an Arts & Craft show, games, face panting, balloon sculpting and a bounce house.  There will also be prizes, like attraction tickets, hotel stays and more!

The Orange County Fire Department will be there with their fire truck from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and for the children they will have fire hats(while supplies last)

Have your picture taken with Mayor Clayton and Ms. Merry, everyone’s favorite Rabbit from Give Kids The World Village.  Photo donations go to Give Kids The World Village.

You can also have your picture taken with Miss Central Florida Outstanding Teen 2010 Elizabeth Tran.

So pack up the family and head on over to Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores to enjoy spring in Orlando.

The City of Winter Park’s 56th annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2010, at 10:00 AM in beautiful Central Park located in downtown Winter Park. This fun-filled event will provide as much excitement and laughs for adults as it will for youngsters.

Saturday, April 03, 2010 from 10am till 2pm at Central Park is Lake Mary’s  Easter Festival. Meet the Easter Bunny. Enjoy games and prizes and particiate in Easter basket giveaways.
