The Lake Apopka Wildlife Festival & Birdapalooza Birding Festival is perfect for nature-lovers visiting Central Florida. The Windermere Real Estate Market Trends Report shows the average sales price was $610,274 in December 2017 compared to $477,289 in December 2016. Homes were on the market for an average of 100 days compared to 82 days last year. Homes sold for 97% of the list price.

Harry P. Leu Gardens presents an amazing, award-winning outdoor exhibit which will delight all ages: Nature Connects – Art with LEGO Bricks by Artist Sean Kenney. Nature Connects is an incredible exhibit which features many larger-than-life sculptures built with LEGO bricks. Over 450,000 bricks were used in this exhibit to bring nature to life, with 16 sculptures in 13 displays throughout the 50-acre garden.
