In December, the number of properties that received a foreclosure filing in Orlando, FL was 23% lower than the previous month and 24% lower than the same time last year, according to RealtyTrac.com.
Orlando Foreclosure Geographical Comparison
Orlando foreclosures were 0.11% above national statistics, 0.04% below state figures, and 0.01% below Orange County numbers in December.

Come out and celebrate with the City of Orlando at the Demolition of the Florida Citrus Bowl Ceremony. Mayor Buddy Dyer, Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs and Florida Citrus Sports a throwing a party of sorts to kick off the demolition of the lower bowl of the stadium! The original stadium was built in 1936 as a public works project under President Franklin D. Roosevelt.
