Condo conversions have become an affordable alternative to new condos under construction.  So what exactly is a condo conversion?  Condo conversions are existing apartment buildings that undergo renovations and the updated units are resold as condos.

With the popularity of Condo conversions there is an increase in lower-priced condos which is great for those that cannot afford the skyrocketing housing costs.  Condo conversions are popular with first time and entry-level buyers.  Because these buildings are older they do not have as many amenties or newer facilities, but don’t let that stop you.  It is a great entry into the Real Estate market.

Celebration Florida is an American Dream announces their plans for July 4th Holiday

Celebration Florida is a wonderful place in the Orlando Florida area and is a planned community that was designed by the Walt Disney Company.  Nothing done here seems to disappoint the public and the upcoming 4th of July should definitely be the place to be!

The annual 4th of July parade will begin at 9:00am and will work its way through the Town Center.  The theme this year is "Rockin in the Yesteryears"!  Come dressed in your best 80’s clothes — there is a costume contest!
