Sun Snow and Cupid

A friend from Long Island called me early this morning updating me on the blizzard conditions in New York. She said about 15 inches of snow is expected, the power lines are swaying in the wind, all her Sunday activities have been cancelled, and she’s concerned about her little eight pound dogs. Much more snow is expected and the piles are already higher than the tiny dogs!
‘Help!’ she said. ‘Teri, what do you have for sale?’
Every week I get calls from referrals, treasured clients whose homes I’ve sold, and, as an international specialist, from people in many walks of life and from many countries around the world. ‘Teri! What do you have for sale?’
Orlando is a booming market! I have vacation villas for sale where you own your own property but you receive income through renting it out, I have condos, furnished and unfurnished, and I have homes available in every price range, both new construction and resales.
The Orlando area is a great place for real estate investments and just a wonderful, fun place to live. Who wouldn’t want to live in a place that people are so eager to visit! One day soon I’ll provide you with a list of some of the many fun and interesting things to do!
In the meantime, Happy Abraham Lincoln’s birthday! The 16th President of the United States was born in 1809 on February 12th. The answer to a trivia question is: Lincoln’s image is on both a U.S. penny and a U.S. five dollar bill.
And all of us at the Orlando Avenue Top Team wish you a loving and happy Valentine’s Day. May Cupid bring peace to your heart!
More later,
Teri
