The Atlanta Braves are coming to Orlando for spring training. Enjoy the 18 games that will be played against many of the best teams in Major League Baseball. All the fun will take place at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando. These are fun games that help the new players learn the ropes and sharpen their skills along side season veterans.

This marks the 53rd running of the Daytona 500 and the start of the Sprint Cup Series races. This year the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will perform a fly-over to excite the crowd.

Guest will enjoy learning more about the rich agricultural history of the area and how it being past on to future generations through 4-H and FFA programs. Daily the fair offers live music performances one of the groups that will be performing at the fair is The Band Perry. The kids will enjoy see all the wonderful animals including a few exotic ones from the Eudora Farms Exotic Petting Zoo. For the dog lovers they will have K9 athletes who will perform dock diving and Frisbee shows.

The Ringling Brothers, Barnum & Bailey’s FUNundrum is coming to Orlando, January 13th through January 17th. The exciting show exhibits performances from exotic countries all over the world. This show is truly exciting with its motorcycle troupe who will brave the 16-foot Spherical Miracle and high-wire artists who will be performing 40 feet in the air. The clowns will delight everyone with their funny antics and the elephants are amazing.

Step back in time to 1884 to see how the residents of the Orlando area celebrated the holidays. The Waterhouse Residence Museum is decorated for the holidays with classic Victorian style. As guests are lead through the home on a guided tour they will enjoy the Victorian Christmas trees, and other beautiful decorations. The decorations also include some Floridian inspired decorations. While on your tour keep a look out for the annual holiday visitor to the house, the Waterhouse Mouse.

Take the plunge down the 100 feet ice luge on sled discs.
This year they will have some new attractions that the entire family will love. Jump on the Farris Wheel and Kris Kringle’s Carousel for a spin. Santa will be at his workshop so make stop by to get your photo taken. You can even hop on board the Holiday Santa Train for a ride through a winter wonderland.
