Central Florida’s housing market keeps climbing!
New data shows home sales rose 8.0% from May to June 2026 — the fifth straight monthly increase this year.
June by the numbers:
2,929 homes sold (up from 2,711 in May)
Median home price: $416,308 (up from $407,002 in May)
Homes spent avg. 62 days on market (down from 66)
Inventory: 11,924 homes, +0.1% from May
New listings: 3,978, up 4.6% from May
Interest rate held steady at 6.5%
“Sales have climbed consistently each month so far this year, and June kept the streak alive,” says ORRA President Chris Atwell.
