Fifty-two percent of home owners say now is a good time to sell in their neighborhood. This is up from 34 percent who said so last year, according to a survey conducted by the real estate brokerage Redfin.

What’s more, 58 percent of home owners believe sellers have more power than buyers in the market right now. Redfin researchers note this is nearly the highest level of seller confidence they’ve recorded.

Orange County home sales decreased by 6.26%. Prices increased with the average sales price up 8.59% and the median price increased by 15.9%.  Market times decreased by 3 days compared to July 2015.

Osceola County Real Estate Sales Statistics – July 2016

Osceola County home sales decreased by 7.82%. Prices increased with the average sales price up 10.67% and the median price increased by 17.83%.  Market times increased by 4 days compared to July 2015.

Seminole County Real Estate Sales Statistics – July 2016

Seminole County home sales decreased by 8.25%. Prices increased with the average sales price up 12.43% and the median price increased by 12.82%.  Market times decreased by 8 days compared to July 2015.

Lake County Real Estate Sales Statistics – July 2016

Residential sales in Lake County home sales decreased by 9.08%. Prices increased with the average sales price up 10.08% and the median price increased by 9.09%.  Market times decreased by 14 days compared to July 2015.

Polk County Real Estate Sales Statistics – July 2016

Polk County home sales increased by 2.70%. Prices increased with the average sales price up 13.6% and the median price increased by 14.81%.  Market times decreased by 7 days compared to July 2015.

The Celebration Real Estate Market Trends Report for 34747 shows 94 homes sold in July 2016 compared to 88 in July 2015. The average sales price was $279,026 compared to $307,375 in July 2015 and homes were on the market an average of 121 days, up from 106 days in July 2015.

Some Highlights:

• Interest Rates are still below historic numbers.
• 88% of property managers raised their rent in the last 12 months!
• Credit score requirements to be approved for a mortgage continue to fall.
