Home to Tiger Woods, Shaq and Ken Griffy Jr., Windermere Florida is a small town on the Lake Butler chain.
Situated in Orange county, Windermere Florida just southeast of Winter Garden, approximately 14 miles from downtown Orlando Florida. The city is also famous for its resplendent estates and well-kept communities that include Lake Down Crest, Tildens Grove, Harbor Isle, Belmere and Isleworth.

Hurricane Season is in mid-swing in Florida. Are you prepared? Financially that is!
Hurricane Season is in mid-swing in Florida. People took advantage of the tax-free weekends to stock up on their rations like bottles of water, vital medicines and cans of tuna, buying batteries by the case and trying to meet the Hurricane VIP – the neighborhood roofer! Do not fret… don’t worry at all… in fact, get ready to make your September payment as scheduled. Just keep your eyes open for your letter regarding who will be servicing your loan from now on.
You see, many of the lenders that you are paying your monthly payments to are in fact only servicing your loan. They are not holding the note, but instead they are collecting and distributing funds for the actual mortgagee – typically an institutional investor.
Sometimes an investor will change their servicing agent and gets someone else to do it for them. So be ready for your next month’s payment. It will be due to someone even if your "lender" shut its doors.
